Lise Leblanc, BA, MEd., RP

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Conflict Resolution Specialist with over 20 years experience working in therapeutic, educational, and leadership roles. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in educational leadership,  as well as several other certifications, but most of my knowledge does not come from books. It comes from overcoming my own challenges. Fortunately, my struggles have brought me to a place where I can pull my clients through the faulty conditioning and unresolved conflicts that are keeping them from living the life they really want.  I am ruthless when it comes to helping my clients take responsibility for the quality of their lives and freeing them from the guilt, shame, and defective mental and emotional patterns that are keeping them stuck. My clients don’t always like me because I push hard to get them through the walls they’ve created for themselves. But in the end they’re always grateful to have finally found a coach who could actually deliver the MASSIVE transformation they were seeking. If you’re ready to reprogram your mind for freedom and success, schedule your free coaching call today and find out how quickly our coaching program can work for you!

My Story…

For years I was attributing my high stress level to my unending to do list. I thought if I just ate more spinach, did more yoga, got to the gym more often, meditated and listened to more positive affirmations, I’d be happier and less stressed. So I did all of those things but instead of being happier and less stressed, I had a burnout. That was in 2004, and I was so caught up in the rat race I had created for myself that I didn’t even see it coming. Since then I’ve taken my life to a whole new level and reached a mental-emotional state I never even dreamed possible.

My whole life, I’d always yearned for the freedom to do what I wanted when I wanted, but my reality was that I was working full-time, sitting at a desk 8-hours a day. I was making great money and had a pension plan with full benefits, but I wasn’t happy. I wanted freedom, and yet I was so afraid of failure that I repeatedly told myself to keep doing what was safe. I could easily justify this by telling myself things like: you have a great job, it’s close to home, you’re making good money, you need to provide for your family, etc.  I would convince myself that I had what most people wanted and that it should be good enough. That was on a good day. On a bad day, I would tell myself I was selfish, self-centred, greedy, never happy with what I have, that I was going to fail, and a whole host of other negative and debilitating thoughts which served to keep me stuck in the life I “should” want versus pursuing the life I really wanted. For years I tried to figure things out on my own. I took courses, went to conferences, read the all of the self-help books I could get my hands on, or joined mastermind groups to get support from like-minded people who were also sitting at their desks 8 hours a day. I thought I’d tried everything, including hiring counsellors, shamen, and spiritual guides. I did make some progress as well as some new friends during this time, but despite all of my efforts and hard work, I still wasn’t achieving the outcomes I wanted. I never got the transformation I was seeking because I was following people who didn’t have it either. Like me, you might think you can do this on your own. If so, I would challenge you to take a look at the outcomes you’ve been achieving. If you’re happy with your results, great! Keep doing what you’re doing. But if not, stop spinning your wheels, trying to figure it out on your own.

Today I’m living an amazing life where I have the freedom to do what I want. I work from my couch (when I want) between hiking adventures and travelling to exciting new places and I want to show you how I did it so that you too can create the life you really want!
