Penny is the Director of Programs that have been shifting relationships in corporations and organizations nationally and internationally for over 15 years. Her style and intuitive approach to her training sessions and keynote presentations have given many adults, youth and families the communication skills and confidence necessary to be most productive, work well together, and climb the ladder of success.
As a co-facilitator with Matt Thorpe of M. Thorpe & Associates Inc., Penny has worked with numerous organizations in learning/healing circles and mediation within private, public and non-profit organizations. This powerful work has captured her attention and heart. She is a dynamic and committed partner within the organization. Together, Matt and Penny continue to shift minds and change lives by providing the guidance and tools that result in long lasting results toward mutual understanding, resolution and freedom for participants.
Penny has authored books, audio and video products, and writes consistent monthly articles about both personal and professional leadership for her subscription based website, newspapers, magazines and international trade journals. Her products are distributed globally to help enforce lifelong learning.
25 years ago Penny led a sales team into the Million Dollar Club using the principles of relationship strategies. She has since been teaching, speaking and writing as an expert on the glue that holds business relationships together.
